Job Description

1.Ensure effective teaching and management of classes, groups and individuals so that objectives are met, progress and challenge are maintained and the best use is made of teaching time.
2.Identify clear teaching objectives, content, structures and sequences of lessons appropriate to the educational needs of the students.
3.To assess student’s achievements and progress in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.
4.Prepare and present informative reports to parents in a professional manner.
5.Interact with academic and administrative colleagues to establish productive working relationships.
6.Select appropriate resources to support learners in achieving teaching objectives.
7.Take responsibility for own professional development.
8.Promote the general progress and well-being of students and of the Form Tutor Group as a whole.
9.Contribute to whole school learning initiatives
10.Inspire trust and confidence in students and colleagues.

Requirements

1. Native English Speaker;
2. Bachelor's degree or above required;
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4. Clear criminal background check;
5. At least two years of related teaching experience required (Experience of IB teaching preferred);
6. QTS, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualifications preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 26,500 to 35,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
