Position : Teaching director
Location: Shenzhen City

Responsibilities:
Prepare for curriculum, texts, events and so on during school activities.
・Conduct lessons based on the agreed curriculum
・Prepare progress reports for students
・Lesson preparations
・Light office work
・Building up good relationships with the parents


・Bachelor’s degree or higher
・Experience in teaching English including development of curriculum and training teachers for over 3 years.
・Conversational or Basic Mandarin is preferred.
・Experience in 3 years or more of English teaching
・Experience in development of curriculum and training teachers
・Love for children
・Ability for report, note, discuss
・Punctuality and stable attendance are required


・8am - 5:30 pm Five‐day week work (under consideration, but basically Monday - Friday)

On rare occasions, you will be required to work on Saturday or Sunday for some events for promotion of the school. Compensation day-off or holiday allowance will be provided.


・¥25,000 - 40,000 / month, 2 months of the probation period.
・Annual Bonuses will be paid if the business performance is good.
・Overtime allowance will be paid, but we will not encourage or require over-time in most cases.
