Starting Date: late August 2023
Location: Shanghai, China
Compensation and Benefit Package:
♦ Salary——20000-25000 RMB/Month pre tax (Sep-June,10 months)
♦ Academic Year Bonus——10000 RMB/Year pre tax
♦ Furnished apartment
♦ Flight Reimbursement——10000 RMB/Year pre tax
♦ Bonus for contract renewal: 1 month salary. (Renewal of contract in January 2024 and bonus given out in September 2024.)
♦ Insurance——Health Insurance and Accident Insurance
♦ Paid Leave——National Holidays/ Winter Holidays/ Summer Holidays
♦ Sick Leave——5 paid sick leave per year
Qualifications and Requirements:
♦ NATIVE English speaker;
♦ Honor Bachelor degree with Science or relevant major, Master degree preferred;
♦ Teaching credentials(TEFL/TESOL or a two-year reference letter);
♦ Highly motivated, passionate, energetic, creative person;
♦ At least 2 years of related international school teaching experience;
♦ Be good at PE and Music, take these two lessons in each grade;
♦ Able to provide the complete and qualified documents which meet the requirements of the work permit application in China
Job Responsibility:
♦ Work 8 hours a day and 5 days a week from Mondays to Fridays.
♦ Make teaching plan and schedule of school year/ each semester based on the school year objectives and requirement including curriculum design, teaching aim, schedule, examination plan, students activities, academic exchanges, teachers’ workshops, class observation, demonstration class, etc.
♦ Make plan of school year/semester curriculum design, including core course based on school requirements.
Teach 20 classes per week
Maintain communications and contact efficiently and professionally with students, parents and colleagues.
Participate in professional promotion programs offered my the school.
♦ Set up student files management, including all scores (grades, midterm achievement and final term achievement) of all subjects, teachers report etc. And analyse the data and give the feedback to students and management team separately and adjust teaching plan if necessary
♦ Organize relevant subject tests and examinations
♦ Assist with the enrollment and marketing work
♦ Assist with organizing parent meetings and school activities, etc
