Company Description:
This is an medium size design company with specialism among hospitality/high-end residential design projects. With upcoming projects in Hong Kong and mainland China, they are looking for some FF&E designers to join them.

What you do? 

• Provide creative selection of materials, furniture and finishing.
• Assist in the whole project from conceptual generation to FF&E selection to installation.
• Provide full tender specifications and prepare presentation power point and material boards.
• Handle any issue related to sourcing materials and schedules.
• Cooperate with the internal design team.
• Organize and maintain the FF&E library with support from staff and suppliers.

What you need?

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, or relevant disciplines.
• 4-5 years of experience in handling hospitality/FF&E projects.
  
• Knowledge in interior finishes and in sizes, proportions and fabrication of furnishings.
• Detailed working knowledge of all phases of contract documentation including working with manufacturers, reviewing shop drawings etc.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office.
• Strong coordination ability and good communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Chinese.
