We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Middle School English Teacher to join our vibrant team in beautiful Suzhou. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in English-language education and proven success working with students in Grades 6–9.
Position Overview
• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons to Grades 6–9.
• Design creative lesson plans that strengthen reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Provide individualized feedback and support to help every learner reach their full potential.
• Organize and lead English-themed events, debates, drama productions, and reading weeks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate English across the wider curriculum.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Teaching certificate (e.g., TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) and at least two years of relevant classroom experience.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of current EFL/ESL methodologies and assessment practices.
• Excellent classroom-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
