Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, inquiry-based Biology lessons to Middle School students (Grades 6-9), following the school's curriculum framework (e.g., aligned with NGSS, IGCSE, or IB MYP standards).
- Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Valid teaching certification/qualification (e.g., QTS, State Teaching License, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting (international, bilingual, or public school).
- Native English speaker or near-native English proficiency.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach Biology at the Middle School level.
- Experience with international curricula (such as IGCSE, IB MYP, or AP) is highly desirable.
- Passion for teaching adolescents and a student-centered teaching philosophy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Salary and Benefits:
