Position Snapshot
• Student Level: Primary & Middle School
• Work Week: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs total, ≤ 15 teaching hrs
• Start Date: August 2025
• Location: Campus minutes from downtown Foshan; 30 min to Guangzhou
Your Mission
• Deliver engaging, standards-based English lessons using our proven curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet every learner’s needs and ignite a love of language.
• Track student growth through formative & summative assessment and provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with an international team of educators on cross-curricular projects and events.
• Reflect on best practices and pursue continuous professional growth.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree (English, Education, or related)
• Teaching license or TEFL/TESOL certification
• At least 2 years of classroom experience (middle-school level preferred)
• Passion for inquiry-based learning and cultural diversity
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive Salary: ¥200,000 – ¥400,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
