The OpenMP and Threading Runtimes team in the Developer Software Engineering group is looking for a middleware development engineer to drive productization of the latest concepts in task-based parallel programming. You will be responsible for understanding industry trends and translating those trends into competitive products. You will interact with customers to understand their problems and provide solutions using Intel oneAPI components.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Computer Science
Experience programming in DPC++ and SYCL
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctoral research with focus on developer productivity, parallel patterns, and parallel programming models
Experience programming with CUDA and performance evaluation of CUDA applications with nvprof and other tools
Experience in developing task-based parallel programming APIs

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
