Job Duties and requirements :

• Perform middleware administration duties for IBM WAS, MQ, ISAM, jBoss & Apache (Tomcat) On-Going support, health checks and performance tuning on the middleware software.
• Establish proper root cause analysis. Maintain Operational Procedures documentation for all Middleware operations Maintain in scope software security compliance.
• Resolve all vulnerabilities and issues reported on Middleware environment.
• Responsible for test patches and carry out planned implementation on UAT, Development, Production and DR. Perform in-scope product log file rotation, pruning, and archiving Install / Upgrade the relevant middleware products.
• Work on projects as assigned, including system sizing, capacity planning and implementation activities. 

• 5-7 years experience in IBM and Redhat Middleware products (ISAM, WebSphere, HTTPD, JBOSS).
• Sound technical knowledge in Redhat Linux and Windows platform.
• Exposure in various LDAP products (IBM, Oracle LDAP).
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
