The posting refers to the project phase to ensure Day 1 readiness of DTFS GmbH on December 1st. Interest in joining the new organization and continuing the task in the future DTFS GmbH is a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure client operation for HQ & Europe in coordination with TAF partner
  
• Ensure inventory management and order management for client devices
  
• Ensure proper accounting book keeping of devices for all European entities incl. HQ
  
• Define proper client application strategy especially for cloud services in alignment with IT security
  
• Ensure usage of modern technology and consult in leveraging efficiencies in collaboration
  
• Ensure trainings and inform on do’s and don’ts for the workforce implementing modern collaborating tools
