Are you at your best when coordinating and collaborating with others? Do you like to lead teams ? As the head of our Mission Control your responsibilities will be:
• Lead the Technology Operations Center (TOC) Mission Control:
- Three Mission Control Centers globally ran on a 24x7 basis
- Develop the diverse talent pool of the Mission Control function
- Be the escalation point for issues
• Drive the telemetry and data science agenda for the TOC and Mission Control
• Run and support Mission Control Command & Control activities:
- Be aware of the change portfolio / activities and communicate these effectively
- Understand the effect of significant UBS events, financial events and market news
• Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with functional counterparts of the other TOC streams, Group COO BCM, Regulatory Affairs and Media Relations.
