Mission Critical Facilities Change Manager

Job Description
Do you have a broad technical understanding and understand the importance of proper planning of work tasks? Can you write easy understandable change requests for complex work tasks? for our Mission Critical Facilities team (Datacenters and Critical Office buildings) we are looking for a Change Manager that will be responsible for all of the Mission Critical Facilities change requests.
Main responsibilities:
• Write, manage, analyze, track and close planned changes requests as well as emergency changes in the event of equipment failure
• Ensure proper change request procedures and standards are being practiced and maintained
• Provide leadership and management support about change requests to facility management and technicians who have the responsibility for day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building support systems (HVAC, technical cooling, electrical distribution system, plumbing, fire suppression system, etc.)
• Ensure that change request plans for all facilities are operated and maintained cost effectively, safely, efficiently and in first class condition
• Interface with applicable building management and operational staff, provide change request guidance and leadership, and interact and oversee partners and vendors.
