Was wir von Ihnen Erwarten: • Sicherstellung des termin- und qualitätsgerechten 3rd Level Produkt Supports in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team in Budapest zu den EATON Landesgesellschaften, Sytemspartnern und den Vertriebspartnern (Agenten). • Durchführung der individuellen Beratung von Vertrieb, Systempartnern und Kunden zu Normen und Standards. • Durchführung von Präsentation zu Produkten im Vertrieb, auf Messen, bei Systempartnern und bei Kunden. • Feedback an Produkt Management und Entwicklung bezüglich Markttrends und Marktbeobachtungen. • Zusammenarbeit mit den begleitenden Fachabteilungen (Produkt Linie (Produkt Management und Sales), Training, Data Management, Testlabor, QS und externen Lieferanten. • Unterstützung der Trainingsorganisation bei der Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Präsentationen (PowerPoint) für den Vertrieb. • Unterstützung der Produktlinien bei der Spezifikation neuer Produkte mit den Kenntnissen aus der Anwendung der Produkte. • Dokumentation von Kundenanfragen von fehlenden Produkten und Produktfeatures und Unterstützung bei der Weitergabe dieser Informationen an die Produkt Linien und R&D. • Ständige Aktualisierung des Produkt- und Applikations KnowHows durch interne und externe Trainings, sowie eigenständige Erarbeitung des KnowHows Qualifications Unsere Anforderungen: • Fachhochschulausbildung: Elektronik/Elektrotechnik, Mechanik/Maschinenbau oder Technik Journalimus • Die für die Stelle notwendigen Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich • Dienstreisen nach Bedarf Wir bieten: • Mobiles Arbeiten am flexiblen Arbeitsort • Entwicklung und Perspektive (Talentförderprogramme, Mentorenprogramm, Eaton University) • Tarifvertragliche Bezahlung und eine ganze Reihe von Zusatz- und Sozialleistungen • Bonusprogramm für außertarifliche Mitarbeiter #LI-DM1 What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
