Für unseren Standort in Nettersheim suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/einen: Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Kreditorenbuchhaltung Ihre Aufgaben: Verbuchen von Kreditorenrechnungen Rechnungsabgrenzung Bearbeitung von Abweichungen von Bestellungen zu Rechnungen, Bearbeitung von Gutschriften und anderen Anpassungen Erstellung von Zahlläufen und Verbuchung von Kreditorenzahlungen Bilanzabstimmungen von AP-bezogenen Transaktionen Eigenständige Lösungsfindung bei Konflikten mit Kreditoren Pflege des Stammverzeichnisses der Kreditorenbuchhaltung Zusammenarbeit/Kommunikation mit dem lokalen Buchhaltung und Einkaufsabteilung Sicherstellung der korrekten Anwendung der lokalen Steuern Prüfung und Bearbeitung der Spesenabrechnung Bankkontenabstimmung durchführen Intercompany Abstimmungen durchführen Verbuchen von Rechnungen für unser Werke in Belgien (80%) und Deutschland (20%) Unterstützung des Plant Controllers bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen Qualifications Ihre Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Vorzugsweise 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Buchhaltungsbereich Kenntnisse im HGB und Steuergesetz Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Wir bieten Ihnen eine anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit, ein internationales Umfeld und ein umfassendes Training für Ihre neue Aufgabe.
