POSITION OVERVIEW

The Mixing Operator reports to the Production Manager of H.B.Fuller (YanTai) Advanced Co., Ltd. and has the responsibility for product mixing and process monitoring.

1) In accordance with production plan to prepare and check the raw materials.

2) In accordance with the Standard Operation Procedure to make the product/adhesive with appropriate records.

3) Carry out the process testing based on the specification requirement.

4) Control the mixing process parameters and make sure the products made under required condition.

5) Observe and find out the abnormal during the mixing process and report to the product chemist and plant manager timely.

6) Raise the reasonable proposals to the chemist and the plant manager about the mixing process to optimize the manufacturing process continuously.

7) Work out the production plan according to the sales forecast and the customer order and he mixing plan.

8) Cleaning the mixers with requirement to ensure timely mixing working.

9) Work with the processing engineer and chemist to build up the work instructions.

10) Upgrade the working procedure according to the requirements from R&D, mixing process and the customers.

11) Be responsible for taking good care of the operating and maintenance equipment and tools, make sure the equipment and tools under the good condition.

12) 5S and EHS activities on site.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• In accordance with the Standard Operation Procedure to make the product/adhesive with appropriated records. (60%)
• Carry out the process testing based on the specification requirement. (10%)
• Control the mixing process parameters and make sure the products made under required condition. (10%)
• Observe and find out the abnormal during the mixing process and report to the product chemist and plant manager timely. (10%)
• Raise the reasonable proposals to the chemist and the plant manager about the mixing process to optimize the manufacturing process continuously. (10%)
• Chemistry bachelor background or college graduate with above 1 year related experience of electronic materials manufacturing/downloading/packaging.
• Working experience in a shift leader role is preferred
• Multi-national company experiences at chemical industry is preferred
• Good communication skill, good teamwork skill.
