We are looking for an enthusiastic bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• 为酒吧客人调制含酒精及不含酒精的饮品
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• 与客人沟通，接受订单以及提供小吃和饮料
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• 理解客人需求，并作出相应的饮品推荐
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• 准备调酒的原料
• Plan and present bar menu
• 创作酒吧的饮品单
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• 检查客人年龄，保证客人已满饮酒年龄
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• 管理饮品区域的库存，及时补货
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• 客户第一，创造难忘和独特的吧台体验
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• 遵守所有食品与饮品的卫生安全管理条例

Requirements
要求
• Resume and proven 3-year+ working experience as a bartender
• 至少三年以上的专业调酒经验
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• 精通调制、装饰以及出品的呈现流程
• Computer literacy
• 基本的电脑操作技巧
• Knowledge of performance bartending is a plus
• 具有花式调酒表演能力更佳
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• 优秀的沟通能力，有客户第一的观念，对待内部团队的态度积极友好
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• 善于管理吧台，保证酒水、辅料库存以及整体吧台的情节和秩序
• Relevant training certificate
• 相应的职业证书
• English language knowledge is a plus
• 具备英文沟通能力优先
