About the school and the teaching position:

Pay: 11k-16k RMB per month (this is the pay after tax) (please see further down for full details about payment)
Location: Miyun County, Beijing
(which you can see is north of Shunyi)

School type: there are 3 different school types available: primary, secondary and high school (you can discuss which school you'd prefer to teach at during the interview).
Hours per day: 8:30am - 5:30 pm, 2 hour lunch break
Office hours / lesson planning: 8:30am - 12:00pm 14:00pm - 17:30 pm (the teacher should stay in the office when he/she doesn't have classes during the working time)
About the class(es):
Duration of each class: 40 minute classes
Students' age: this will depend on which school you teach at.
Class size: 30 - 40 students per class
Teacher's requirements:
1. This teaching position is open for applications from native and non-native teachers.
The pay works like this:
Non-native English teachers
11,000RMB - 13,000RMB
Must have more than 1 years teaching experience.

14,000RMB - 16,000RMB
Must have more than 1 years teaching experience.

Native English speakers include people from one of the following countries:
a. The USA or Canada
b. The UK or Ireland
c. Australia or New Zealand
d. South Africa
Regardless if you are a native English speaker or a non native English speaker, you must fulflil the following requirements:
2. Must have a bachelors degree
3. Must have a TEFL/TESOL certificate (120 hours or more). (For candidates with good experience, this may not be necessary)
4. Must have 1 year of teaching experience
5. Must be available to start ASAP
Contract length: 1 year

Other benefits:
Some schools will provide the teacher with free housing in the Miyun District.
If the school doesn't provide housing, the teacher will be given a 1500 RMB allowance for their apartment.

The interview usually takes 30 minutes
A demo class (15min - 30min) is needed
The teachers will be informed 1-3 days after their demo/interview.
