Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Mlife Operations Manager in planning and managing the GLC / Mlife operations
* Monitor and enhance GLC / Mlife service and facilities to ensure optimum guest experience
* Assist to develop staff scheduling to ensure optimum staffing levels are achieved
* Effectively communicates Club promotions and benefits to customers, and to Mlife team members
* Works proficiently to complete any assigned projects, which may include, but are not limited to: conducting training and briefing sessions, ordering supplies, carrying out operational procedures during events, developing manuals
- Trains, counsels and coaches staff in the performance of their duties; prepares and presents regular performance reviews

* Able to clearly explain club benefits and promotional offer to attract new members
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management preferred. Must have a track record of excellent customer service, a great work ethic, and a desire to help MGM guests to have the best experience possible
- Excellent understanding of the market & customers being served. Possesses strong contacts within the hospitality industry
* High School Graduate or above. University Degree desirable
* Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Computer skills required
* Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
