The Israeli M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) Accounting team is a unique team that provides Accounting and financial support to Intel Capital organization that is responsible for acquisitions and equity investments in a magnitude of billions of $ every year.
We have a small and outstanding team with a vision to enable the success of Intel’s acquired companies in Israel.

As part of Israel M&A Accounting team, you will have a wide and diverse professional scope:

• Support with M&A Accounting for new acquisitions and divestitures: PPA Accounting, companies integration to Intel, carve-out Accounting, etc.
• Perform financial valuations of Intel’s equity investment for the purpose of impairment tests.
• Assist the acquired companies with navigating in the Intel environment and simplify the transition to Intel processes and systems.
• Responsible for quarterly books close, while ensuring Accounting compliance for Intel.
• Own the systems and dashboards development and maintenance in the team
• Perform financial analysis and modelling.

The successful candidate will have many future growth opportunities in the department and in the rest of the Finance organization at Intel.

Qualifications

We are looking for a talented candidate with the following qualifications:

• BA Accounting student that completed the second year of studies/Graduated accountant that pursues a 2nd degree. At least 4 semesters till graduation.
• Availability for at least 22 weekly hours.
• Solid Finance and Accounting technical skills and knowledge.
• Passionate about Startups and growing business, curiosity to learn new business and flexible mindset.
• Ability to work independently and proactively analyze financial information.
• Good systems aptitude and ability to become a BI tools expert.
• Solid partnership skills and ability to manage with multiple stake-holders.
• Hands on, can do attitude, results orientated.
