Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs.
Mobile (App) development lead will be responsible for leading a project in line with Technology Digitalisation Analytics (TDA) project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Writing clean, readable, and testable code

• Fixing bugs and performance problems

• Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions

• Interacting with different departments within the organization regarding new deployments

• Contributing to the development of project schedules and workflows

• Recommending changes and enhancements to software applications

• Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models

• Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application

Minimum Job Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• 7+ years of experience, strong core JAVA and J2EE skill, mobile app development

• Familiar with MSA architecture based on K8s and Kafka; Experiences develop system on multi-channel interface environment

• Strong SQL knowledges and performance tune experiences for ORACLE

• Deep understanding about Web-Service, API.

• Problem-solving aptitude and Requires responsibility on assigned tasks

• Accurate and precise communication skill required

• Analytical mind with a business acumen

• Excellent communication skills
