Job Description:
1 Objective, mission:

. A specialist Mobile Display Driver IC FAE (Customer Technical support )

. It is new post for BOE Hefei technical support in Beijing.
2 Main responsibilities:

. To provide technical support for customer's product development activity
. To communicate btw customers and HQ for right technical support
. To share practical technical trend sensing with HQ, and to find a potential customer & timely design-in
3 Daily works:

. To manage all technical & service cases isseud by customers and HQ members
. To manage agent FAE activity according to HQ policy and commitment to customers
Requirement:

1 Bechalor degree or corresponding, More than two years of work experience in related field.

2 Chinese standard language & fluent English literacy (for a smooth communication with customer & HQ)
3 Knowledge and experience in supporting technical issues of Mobile Display Driver IC.
4 Manipulating skills for test & measurement system of Mobile Display Driver IC.
(Oscilloscope, Pattern Generator, Optical Test Equipments)
5 Technical presentation skills for promotion activity of Mobile Display Driver IC.
