Job Description
Responsibilities
• Manage marketing team and effectively drive them towards achieving targets
• Create frameworks for managing, analyzing, and optimizing marketing activities
• Effectively and efficiently manage and optimize all online channels including but not limited to SEO, SEM, display ad programs, affiliate marketing, online audio/video, mobile and social
• Maximize existing channels while identifying and responsibly testing prospective channels, partners and campaigns
• Focusing on driving maximum brand appropriate advertising coverage while producing targeted minimum ROI levels and fully optimized campaigns
• Collaborating across the buyer marketing team and product/technology team to develop new ways to improve efficiency and results, uncover new opportunities, launch new products/experiences, and develop integrated marketing programs that drive desired behaviors in a high quality way



Qualifications
• Demonstrated a track record of success cost effectively growing a customer base.
• A minimum of 5 years in consumer marketing and/or advertising and a minimum of 3 years in user acquisition online marketing.
• Professional, large scale experience and deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Experience in an acquisition focused role with a heavy focus on data analytics, data/campaign optimization, and reporting
• Desire to work hard in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Professional fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) in Chinese.
