As a Modality Operations Specialist – Ultrasound, you will be responsible for: Provide technical support and escalation management for assigned modality Provide escalation support to the field to include analysis, onsite support, and customer communications Drives compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction for assigned modality Support and drive the adoption of regional organization strategies (e.g. CDI, NPS etc.) Support Service Business Management, Enterprise Services, and the field organization in pricing, costing, and service delivery planning for assigned modality This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You must have experience using analytical tools such as Excel to develop reports. You must have a solid understanding of service processes and their relations to other key sales and logistics processes and ability to drive the service business based on the supporting processes You have good PC skills (MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The base pay range for this position is $99,936.00 - $137,412. The annual incentive target is 10% of base pay. The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
