2.Responsible for model extraction test structure design and tape out
3.Responsible for model wafer measurement and test arrangement
4.Responsible for model release document creation and update
5.Support internal/external customer for model related questions
1.Good communication skill
2.Good English reading and writing skill
1.Good knowledge of device physics
2.Familiar with BSIM-CMG or BSIM4.X for mos model extraction, and other device model extraction
3.Familiar with on-wafer DC/AC measurement

1.Master Degree is required(microelectronics, Physics)
