The Modern Workplace Sales Acceleration Team is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Modern Workplace strategic programs to drive business priorities and sales acceleration. The team helps scale execution, operationalize business & sales programs in order to meet current, anticipated, and mission-critical real-time needs, through execution excellence. Reporting to the Business Strategy Manager, this role is responsible for partnering with sales, marketing, business architecture, and readiness to formulate sales program business planning and implementation of suitable sales programs and sales operations guaranteeing increased efficiency and productivity. The Business Program Manager supports their direct manager and the Modern Workplace organisation by contributing to the following areas:
- Assesses the business priorities and conducts analysis of past and future forecasted performance to identify areas of opportunity and risk in worldwide sales execution
- Design programs in partnership with Business Architecture and Business Planning (incubate, learn, grow, scale model). Balance between designing new programs from the ground up, as well as, designing and implementing change management of existing programs
- Acts as ambassador across both Corporate and Field organisations promoting Sales Acceleration Programs and Services
- Operates with a sense of urgency, taking immediate action based on insights and requests from Field sales
- Strives for excellence in program and process based work, simplifying processes without compromising outcomes. Identify and amplify field best practices to the rest of the worldwide organisation
- Provides increased transparency and integration across all groups, ensuring executive level communication and collaboration.
The BPM is a senior business partner that leads sharing key field insights and identified systemic corporate issues to inform senior leadership teams across the business, but also influence engineering and product roadmaps. Where feasible, recommend remediation or solutions to problems in partnership.

- Improve sales discipline and coaching culture via operational excellence of sales programs at scale.
Role Time Allocation
- Business Planning: Work with cross-division and cross-company/team counterparts to participate in key business events, next fiscal year planning, running business reviews, and other strategic business planning activities. Drive strategic initiatives and provide thought leadership (20%)
- Business Integration: Partner across Modern Workplace and Corporate teams to manage the program processes, ensuring coordination with corporate planning processes. In execution, identify issues that impede business group success and provide solutions/recommendations (30%)
- Accelerate Sales Programs & Special Projects: Ownership of Impact Assessments, Programs & Special Projects, ensuring high quality program and project management. Successful project management, including implementation frameworks, measurement levers, and suitable reporting (40%)
- Communication Plans: Create and implement value-based & results-oriented communication plans for Corporate and Field stakeholders. Communicate what success looks like, track and monitor progress, and provide executive-level dashaboards summarising data insights together with verbatim insights and learnings (10%)
Qualifications
Minimum
- 3+ years related experience;
- Experience and deep knowledge within Sales Excellence, Business Planning, Sales Operations, and Program Management
- Ability to work and build strong relationships with senior managers and leaders (required)
- Must have proven skills in project and program management (sales &/or marketing)
Preferred
- Executive exposure and cross-functional stakeholder management
- Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome
- Deliver end-to-end deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights
- History of driving operational discipline as well as innovation Skills & Knowledge
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities
- Intermediate conflict resolution and negotiation skills (required)
- Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively
- Must be highly analytical, able to understand business metrics, customer and market trends
Education
Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) required and/or experience in relevant fields eg: business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance.
