Eaton’s Electrical sector is currently seeking a Mold Cleaning Technician to join our 1st Shift team. This position is based at our LaGrange, NC facility. This role starts at $15.64/hr up to $19.12/hr with experience. Position Overview: This position requires This position is responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, minor repair, lubrication, and reassembly of molds and dies. In this function you will: Assembles and disassembles molds and cleans, polishes, and lubricates Sharpen dies, fabricate and replace simple worn parts Run standard machine shop tools Obtain a powered industrial truck license Maintain a clean work area. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. Ability to use inspection measuring equipment (micrometers, etc) Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multiple process-manufacturing environment. Knowledge of various measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
