職務說明
Purpose of the position:
o Designing molds in high quality in support of NPI and global strategy
Day to Day Responsibilities:
o Provide data from modelling and simulation in support of DFM analysis, budget forecasting, capacity utilization, and materials consultation for NPI
o Conduct mold flow analysis, CAM analysis, and DFM review to assist the modification of mold designs and ensure the quality of products
o Evaluate the most cost-effective mold designs based on the long-term tool durability, manufacturing efficiency, and simplicity of tool maintenance
o Provide tooling solutions for the NPI projects, optimize the cavitation, enhance the manufacturing efficiency, and minimize material usage
o Initiate modelling and simulation process to ensure the performance
o Review the mold designs and control the quality of new products
o Conduct researches on the technology trend and communicate with the affiliated suppliers
職缺目的：
o 建立高品質模具設計並且協助全球新品推出計劃
主要工作內容：
o 提供新品模擬與模具建置資料以協助DFM分析、控制預算與產能、並且提供原物料使用建議
o 執行CAE、CAM分析、DFM 檢測以協助模具建置確保新品品質
o 根據長期工具耐用程度、生產製造效率、工具維修簡易程度，評估並確認最符合成本效益的模具設計
o 提供新品推出專案的工具使用解決方案以增加生產效率並最小化原物料使用量
o 發起模具建置與模擬的流程以確保成效
o 核閱模具設計並且管理新品品質
o 進行新科技趨勢研究並且持續與合作廠商溝通
理想的應徵者
o Education level: No limitation/ Prefer: Master degree
o Experience: 5-10 years relative experiences
o CAE knowledge for injection molding
o Thorough understanding of injection mold processing parameters and applications
o Ability to operate machine tools and set up molds
o Strong project management capability
o Detailed knowledge of all types of injection mold tooling
o 教育程度：不限/碩士尤佳
o 經驗：5-10年相關經驗
o CAE、模組建立、參數設立等完整模具設計製造知識
o 專案規劃與管理的能力
