Purpose of the Position:

• To improve the technician's ability to solve the problem on site, establish the standardization of production technician's work, and maintain the stable production in production workshop.提升技术员解决现场问题能力，建立生产技术员作业标准化，保持生产车间稳定生产。

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Process parameter and configuration maintenance and routine check to guarantee the accurate production execution 工艺参数及配置的日常维护及检查以确保准确的生产执行
• Process troubleshooting and corrective action development to fix problem effectively and timely 生产工艺的日常故障诊断及并制定纠正措施及时有效地解决问题
• Process capability monitoring to continuously keep production performance at high level工艺能力的日常监控以持续保持高水平的生产
• Process and operation document regular review and related training to operation team 工艺和生产操作文档的定期回顾并对生产团队进行相关培训
• Support on operation compliance inspection and audit 支持生产操作符合性的定期检查和审计
• Support on product defects and quality complaints disposal and corrective actions 支持产品缺陷及质量抱怨的处理及纠正措施
• Escalate issues to proper function and level to reach resolution 将问题汇报给相关职能和级别负责人以获得解决方案
• Intended to establish or improve the technical assessment and training documents, and complete the corresponding assessment and training建立或完善技术员考核及培训文件，并完成相应的考核及培训。
• Establish or improve the standardization of technical staff, improve technical ability, upgrade workshop OEE制定或完善技术员作业标准化，提升技术员能力，提升车间OEE。
• Finish the related work assigned by supervisor 完成主管安排的相关工作

Education & Experience:

• College degree of plastic and mold or equivalent degree.
• 5+ years working experiences in injection molding

Required Skills

• Familiar with bioscience products and related process and test.
• Good data analysis skill and can use various tools for data processing
• Good knowledge on ISO certification and quality system
