Purpose of the Position:

 Lead and/or direct engineering resources in the development and improvement of processes. Achieve low cost manufacturing, superior quality/service and improved capability/capacity

带领或者指导工程团队，开发新的制程，提高制程能力，从而达成降低制造成本，提供高质量产品/服务水平，并且改善团队及制程能力/提升产能。

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

 Use statistical methods and engineering tools for product and process analysis. Implement effective performance monitoring and tracking system.

使用统计方法和工程工具进行产品和过程分析。实施有效的性能监控和跟踪系统。

 Provides day-to-day problem solving support to production, development and operations.

提供日常问题解决支持生产，开发和运营。

 Trouble shoots product related material, process and equipment issues, identifies root cause and implements corrective action.

解决产品相关的材料、设备和工艺上的问题，确定根本原因并实施纠正行动。

 Lead or Supports new product introductions through equipment installation, process certification, documentation and training.

领导或支持新产品的推出，通过设备安装、工艺认证、文档和培训。

 Lead process development and validation for new material and Equipment.

领导工艺开发和验证新的材料和设备。

 Implements and documents material, process and/or equipment changes.

工具和文件材料、工艺和/或设备的变化。

 Functions as team leader on focused projects.

 Assure quality and repeatability of processes and products.

保证过程和产品的质量和可重复性。

 Assures safety of operators and equipment and Complies with safety and environmental regulations

 Set up process understanding and control system and deploy process control and discipline

建立工艺控制体系并推行工艺控制和工艺纪律.

 Build effective relationships with division engineering, division manufacturing, and commercial (as necessary) in support of execution of the plant engineering strategy

 Provide focus and direction to direct reports to ensure professional development

 Develop technical capabilities in engineering organization. Champion use of scientific method to determine and resolve process upset root cause and increase process fundamental understanding within department

在工程内部提升技术能力，倡导用科学方法来解决问题，找到根本原因，在部门内部提升对制程的根本理解

 Ensure effective process and equipment change control management

确保有效的制程和设备的变更管理控制

 

Project involved with:

 New process development based on business requirements, including technical specification, process design, sourcing, building and final implementation.

根据业务需要开发新的工艺，包括技术规格制定，工艺设计设计，采购，生产以及最终的实施。

 Continuously improve the process performance on safety, efficiency, reliability and operating cost.

持续改进工艺性能，包括安全性，效率，可靠性及运行成本等。

 Required supports to any projects lead by other function team such as quality, production or IT.

支持其他业务部门的相关项目，如质量，生产，信息技术等部门。
