岗位要求Job Requirements
1.1 具有机械制造/高分子材料,工程背景等相关专业本科及以上学历
Bachelor’s degree in Machinery/high polymer material and related engineering background
1.2 资深注塑行业从业者，具有外观件注塑经验的优先考虑；经理岗位从业经验不少于三年
Experienced in molding industry, with exterior parts molding experience was preferred, with 3 years’ experience in manager level position
1.3 熟悉ABS+PC,PA6+30%GF,POM,PBT等常用注塑材料性能，具有气辅注塑工艺经验的优先
Be familiar with PC+ABS, PA6+30%GF,POM,PBT and other molding resin, with gas assistant molding process experience was preferred
1.4 熟悉注塑设备的工艺调试和设备保养，对Battefenld, Demag 等注塑机熟悉的优先
Be familiar with molding machine process set up, maintenance and repair， experienced in Battenfeld and Demag molding machine was preferred
1.5 熟悉注塑行业附属设备，如移栽机器人、氮气增压机、冰水机，并具备产能测算专业知识；
Be familiar with supporting machine of molding machine, such as robot, nitrogen gas, chiller and related capacity requirement calculation
1.6 具备一定注塑理论知识，如mold flow, short shooting, 模具设计方面知识，如冷却系统、热流道系统、浇道设计；
With related molding knowledge, such as mold flow, short shooting, tooling structure, hot runner and etc.
1.7 具备设备工艺布局规划能力，熟练操作CAD， PROE等相关工作专业软件
With capability to do layout and process planning, skilled in CAD and PRO software.
1.8 具备英文读写能力
Capable of reading, writing and oral English

工作职责及内容 Responsibilities
2.1 全面负责注塑车间的年度计划，预算制定
Be responsible for overall yearly planning and budget in molding shop
2.2 根据公司及部门发展计划，完成对注塑车间团队的组建和培养
To set up and develop molding shop team according to company and department roadmap
2.3 根据公司的5年计划及物流部门的滚动预测，规划注塑车间的产能及设备需求
Planning molding shop capacity and machine needs according to 5 years plan and rolling forecast from logistics department
2.4 带领工艺人员开发和导入新项目，确保新项目按照要求成功量厂
Leading molding process team to secure new project into SOP successfully
对内外部客户提出的质量问题，以高效的方式组织资源采取行动；
2.5 带领工艺人员对新项目进行报价，协助销售部门对新业务的获取
Leading process team to do quotation for potential business, to support sales for new business acquisition
2.6 根据设备的保养和维护计划，协助设备维护人员组织资源，完成对设备的维护保养
According to maintenance plan to organize resource to support maintenance engineer to finish equipment maintenance on time
2.7 根据公司的发展站撸及体系要求，制定出对应的注塑车间的管理和作业标准
Make out management requirements and working standard according to company development strategy and system requirements
2.8 带领注塑团队对日常生产管理过程中出现的问题进行处理和解决, 如人员，机器，模具，质量等
Leading molding team to solve the issues during daily production， such as manpower, machine, tooling and quality
2.9 在质量部门的支持下，主导对因注塑问题引起的内部质量投诉进行分析解决
Leading to solve the quality complain of molding issue with support from quality
2.10 带领注塑团队做持续改进，不断改进效率，质量, 交付和成本
Leading molding team to do continuously improvement on efficiency, quality delivery and cost
2.11 协助工厂经理成功完成把手项目的转移
To support plant manager to secure DH project transfer successfully
2.12 协助工厂经理完成对新工厂注塑车间的整体规划及团队建立
To support plant manager to finish molding shop planning in new plant and new team set up
2.13 部门领导安排的其他工作
