This is what truly matters to us. Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers USA as Molecular Imaging (MI) Business Development Director reporting to the USA MI Business Unit VP/General Manager. This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an MI Business Development Director, you will be responsible for: Business Management: Assess the strategic position of Molecular Imaging Business Unit in non-hospital accounts environment to include Oncology, Cardiology, Urology, Neurology and Musculoskeletal care networks. Assist MI Business Unit Vice President and Sr. Director of Marketing in the creation of the Business Unit’s Strategic Plan. Develop programs aligned with the Business Unit’s strategy and implement together with Sales (Regional Vice Presidents, Area Vice Presidents, and Strategic Corporate Accounts team). Ensure that market share, volume and profit goals are met for the assigned areas. Track and report national key business data. Customer Relationship Management: Create, adjust, and drive standardized messaging for assigned Strategic Accounts. Influence contract strategy with tailored offers and value-adds. Ensure continued success of MI accounts post-sale with involvement of both local and global Business Unit leadership where appropriate. Identify critical customer decisions, trends, and acquisitions and assess the business implications for the MI Business Unit. Revenue Management Facilitation: Take ownership and responsibility for fostering and maintaining high level relationships in key accounts, and for driving revenue by working with customer stakeholders to develop project timelines, and schedules while coordinating with internal cross functional teams across the country. Serves as point of contact for problem resolution for duration of the project. ? Required skills to have for the success of this role Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage up, down, and in all directions without expressed authority, building appropriate rapport with colleagues at all levels of the organization MI understanding with clinical and technical knowledge of Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, and related disciplines preferred Demonstrate analytical skills for market intelligence management and execution of measures Work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues and team members to produce desired results Project management knowledge Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Understanding of Fiscal Impact of offerings, margin analysis, and revenue values.
