1. Provide Montessori education to children aged 0-3 years old, according to related curriculum.
2. Plan and prepare lessons, communicate with parents and provide feedback on individual student performance.
3. Participate in teaching, training and marketing activities.

Job requirements:
1. With a Bachelor's degree or above in preschool education or early childhood related ;
2. Certified by American Montessori Society or Association Montessori International (AMS / AMI) with experience of formal Montessori course training;
3. With three years and above experience of being a Montessori guide/lead teacher, being familiar with Montessori working procedure and class management;
4. Passionate about young children’s education, caring and responsible;
5. Developing teaching plans and teaching programs, presenting to the class after it’s approved, and guiding children to do Montessori work;
6. Good at communication, organizing, planning and execution.
