Montessori Lead Teachers (Toddler 18 months – 3 Years / Casa 3 – 6 years)

Job Responsibility
1.Prepare classroom environment (cleaning, materials, tools) before and after the class
2.Warmly welcome students and parents, communicate with them effectively and keep observation records and reports professionally.
3.Use professional language and attitude when speak with students and adults
4.The design,manufacture and presentation of Montessori apparatus across all classroom curriculum areas.
5.Establish and respect the classroom routine 
6.Respect and cultivate student's independence
7.Maintain excellent relationship with parents and caretakers through regular written and verbal communication,workshop, classroom information sessions and individual and group meetings.
8.Confirm student's attendance, check their current situation
9.Managing, training, developing, and appraising a classroom team of assistant teachers.

Position information and requirements:
1. 5 working days per week from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 17:00 pm.
3. Class size:24 students ( Ages:18 months-3 years old / 3-6 years old)
4. Preparing English circle time for your class
5. Working with 2 assistant teachers

Qualifications and requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Holding AMS or AMI certificate
3.Minimum 2 years teaching experience in Kindergarten will be preferred
