[Responsibilities]
- Design and implement Montessori lesson plans and curriculum.
- Oversee the classroom environment and maintain Montessori materials.
- Observe, record, and tailor instruction to each child’s developmental needs.
- Manage classroom assistants and maintain overall class quality.

[Requirements]
- Meet the requirements on teaching work and residence permit
- 2 years of teaching experience
- AMI/ AMS certified
- Genuine love for kids and great passion in teaching
- Must be a team player and able to work independently
