About Us

We are a countryside community project located in the scenic hills of Chicheng, just 3 hours from Beijing. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment for families and children, blending education, nature, and cultural exchange. We are seeking an experienced Montessori teacher to guide and inspire young children (ages 1–2) in their daily learning and play.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily play-based Montessori sessions (5–6 hours per day).
- Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster independence, curiosity, and creativity.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to maintain a supportive and consistent environment.
- Encourage outdoor learning and connection with nature.

Requirements
- Montessori certification or proven experience with the Montessori method.
- Prior experience working with toddlers (1–3 years old).
- From Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, etc.) with openness to cultural exchange in China.
- Patient, warm, and adaptable personality.
- Basic English communication skills (Mandarin a plus but not required).
