About Us
A well-established private international kindergarten located in Beijing’s vibrant Chaoyang District is seeking ONE passionate, energetic Montessori Lead Teacher for the 2025–2026 academic year. Our community serves children aged 3–6 in beautifully prepared environments that honor authentic Montessori practice.
The Position
• Full-time, 5-day week
• Maximum class size: 20 children with a Chinese co-teacher and assistant
• Curriculum: Complete Montessori cycle (Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, Culture) supplemented with inquiry-based projects, art, music and daily outdoor play
• Working hours: 08:00–16:30 Monday–Friday (no weekend duties)

Monthly salary: RMB 30,000–35,000 (pre-tax, including housing allowance)

Your Profile
• Native-level English speaker from a “native-speaking” country (white preferred, per client requirement)
• Age: under 40
• Montessori credentials: AMI or AMS diploma for ages 3–6
• Minimum 1 year lead-teaching experience in a Montessori 3–6 classroom (international school experience preferred)
• Genuine love of young children, strong classroom management, and excellent collaboration skills
• Clean criminal background check & health certificate
