Key competencies and responsibilities include:

• Optimize pricing strategy for portfolio production
• Monitor competitive landscape and make pricing recommendations
• Enhance and support accommodation management and interface with Mortgage Sales force
• Monitor existing portfolio and making recommendations to maximize yields
• Partner with Bank management, Treasury, Pricing Committee, UBS Bank Credit, and vendors or other key partners to implement pricing changes
• Manage the mortgage business P&L and forecasting
• Execute complex mortgage reporting and analytics as well as streamline and automate current reporting
• Design and build operational and risk scorecards and dashboards for new mortgage platform
• Analyze portfolio acquisitions including best execution and a database to track pools available in the market
• Assisting in the deal management of loan purchases
• Management presentation support for entire mortgage team
• Take complex analyses and turn them into proposals with cogent commentary to numbers
