The Mortgage Loan Quality Program includes pre-funding and post-closing quality control functions such as: timely and accurate file reviews, issue identification, action planning, remediation, communication and thorough reporting. The position requires advanced mortgage compliance knowledge, quality control experience, and proven problem solving and decision making skills. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to participate in time sensitive projects and enjoy a high level of interaction with internal and external parties.
