1) Responsible in ensuring prompt/expeditious foreclosure and civil proceedings for delinquent & non-performing loan, ensuring overall delinquency ratio is at a minimal, not exceeding the set % 
2) Responsible to increase the receivables
3) Responsible to prepare analysis for credit risk evaluation.

• Responsible to handle foreclosure proceedings, ensuring a close follow up for an expeditious  proceedings to foreclose and negotiate for an agreed repayment / write up a proposal for a rescheduling to ensure recovery of non-performing loan (NPL).
• Responsible in ensuring overall delinquency ratio is at a minimal, not exceeding the set % 
• Responsible to handle post auction cases, ensuring a continuation of civil proceedings, negotiation for an amicable settlement, put up proposal for write off or go for an agreed repayment and rescheduling.
• Responsible to reconcile and reduce the outstanding items in the suspense ledger listings.
• Responsible to ensure the daily collections from banks are reconciled
• Ensuring all adjustment / journals / adjustment of paytable to be completed within the same monthend.
• Responsible in ensuring the vetting of loan documents meets TAT
