Job Description

1. 负责永磁同步电机的电磁计算与分析,根据设计要求进行电机的电磁方案设计;
   Responsible for the electromagnetic calculation and analysis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and design the electromagnetic scheme of the motor according to the design requirements; 
2. 负责跟踪永磁同步电机样机测试,分析测试结果,故障排查以及必要的设计改进;
   Responsible for tracking PMSM prototype testing, analyzing test results, troubleshooting and necessary design improvements;
3. 负责永磁同步电机本地化生产中的技术质量问题分析;
   Responsible for the analysis of technical quality problems in the localized production of permanent magnet synchronous motors;
4. 负责电机电磁相关原材料的验证及导入;
   Responsible for the verification and import of electrical and electromagnetic related raw materials;
5. 优化永磁同步电机的可制造性、性能和成本;
   Optimize the manufacturability, performance and cost of PMSM;
6. 部门领导安排的其他工作。
   Other work arranged by department leader.

Qualifications

1. 本科及以上,电机与电器、电力电子传动、电气自动化、自动控制等相关专业;
   Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in electrical machinery and electrical appliances, power electronic drive, electrical automation, automatic control, etc.;
2. 3年以上电机研发经验,精通电机设计开发的工作流程和工作方法,具备分析与处理技术问题的能力;
   More than 3 years of motor research and development experience, proficient in the workflow and working methods of motor design and development, and have the ability to analyze and deal with technical problems;
3. 熟悉电机原理、电机电磁场理论、熟悉电磁场的磁路法和有限元分析法及相关工艺知识,具备电机设计能力;熟悉电机有关技术标准;
   Familiar with motor principle, motor electromagnetic field theory, magnetic circuit method and finite element analysis method of electromagnetic field and related process knowledge, with motor design ability; familiar with motor related technical standards;
4. 使用主流电磁软件对电机性能进行仿真分析,同时能联合其他仿真软件对电机本体进行热、电耦合场分析;
   Use mainstream electromagnetic software to simulate and analyze the performance of the motor, and can combine with other simulation software to analyze the thermal and electrical coupling field of the motor body.
5. 英语流利的优先。
   English fluency is preferred.
