Position Description: We are looking for an  individual with strong relationship and negotiation skills for the position of  business development manager to manage the Motorola portfolio sales in to our Global Accounts segment in LATAM. The Motorola BDM will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction for Lenovo’s largest and most strategic accounts in the LATAM region.  This individual will be working closely with colleagues in MBG and the Global account team to support and enable meaningful conversations about smartphones, solutions and services. Key requirements include; Proactive solutions selling whilst delivering on aggressive sales targets Be the voice of the customer in to Motorola product teams and engineering Deliver excellent CX Execute the overall go to market strategy; providing thought leadership and managing relationships with key executives in region. Maintain accurate pipeline management and show pipeline progression Collaborate across Lenovo’s fast paced and highly matrixed organization Be a go- to resource for the account managers on all things MBG. #### Position Requirements: 5+ years proven track record in strategic selling to Large Enterprise or Global Accounts in a high tech industry required. Fluency in English and Spanish & Portuguese.
