Job Description
Position Description: As the Motorola European Services Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth for our portfolio of service products. There are four (4) main products that you will have the opportunity to sell through multiple channels including direct on-line, via distribution partners, retail partners, direct enterprise, etc. \- Moto Care (extended warranty and accidental damage protection) \- Moto Care Premier (Service specifically offering ‘white glove’ service to Enterprise customers. \- Manage Services (Wide range of call center, repair, recovery, and other commercial services). \- Spare parts You will need to have an entrepreneurial attitude and be willing and capable of negotiating commercial terms with a distributor on a Monday and then reviewing ways to improve on-line attach rates with the ecommerce team on Tuesday.  You should have some experience selling or delivering services and demonstrate the ability to articulate a clear services value proposition. You must be able to manage complexity, think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will be: • Accountable for European services upsell revenue and margin targets • Establish upsell strategy for the geo in collaboration with upsell leadership team, geo Go to Market leadership, and geo Service Delivery leadership team • Responsible for negotiating favorable terms including pricing with commercial customers and partnering with Legal and Procurement to ensure timely execution of contract agreements • Establish and manage regular cadence of business review internally and externally with relevant stakeholders • Support the creation of business cases by providing feedback on the ‘voice of the customer’ to the Services Product Development Team • Responsible for driving “attach rate” of offerings within the geo across all routes to market #### Position Requirements: • 5+ years of Services selling in technology sector • Strong executive presence & leadership skills • High level of communication & presentation skills required • Collaborative approach to meeting business objectives and ability to influence at all levels of matrixed organizations • Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally What Lenovo can offer you: • Opportunities for career development & growth • Opportunity to have impact and bring own added value • Access to various trainings • Performance based rewards Lenovo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
