Job Title-MuleSoft Developer

 

RWS are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Developer to join the internal integrations team. You will become part of our agile development team, working in sprints and collaborating with our product management, architecture, QA, integration and support teams.

 

Your duties will include:

• Developing new functionality.
• Troubleshooting, debugging and fixing defects.
• Analysing changes and refining requirements.
• Participating in design & code reviews.
• Documenting MuleSoft applications.

Required skills/ experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience delivering integrations using the MuleSoft platform, with a particular focus on the following:
• Test driven development using MUnit.
• Reliability patterns using Anypoint MQ or another message-based platform.
• Cloud based deployments.
• RAML.
• MuleSoft API Manager
• MuleSoft Exchange
• MuleSoft Design Centre
• Able to communicate well verbally and in writing with individuals from different teams with different levels of technical expertise.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Able to work in a team.
• Understanding of the full development cycle (within agile working practices desirable).
• Comply with coding standards and procedures.
• Interested in learning new technologies.

Desired skills/experience

• SQL, particularly with the MySQL and SQL Server platforms.
• Dynamics 365 and associated integration technologies such as Dataverse; OData; Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with Continuous Delivery concepts, tools and techniques (such as Jenkins).
• Experience in Agile methodologies
