Main Tasks and Responsibilities • Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of Siemens medical systems. • Communicating and accept all operative advice from the Customer Care Center. • Ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment. • Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare· • Maintain highest customer satisfaction, within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services Qualifications/Experience • Engineering/Biomedical Bachelor or Master degree from reputable university or college • Fresh graduates or maximum 5 years of experience in radiology field preferably CT/MRI . • Proven track record in similar CS function from international Healthcare Business • Previous work experience at regional level is highly appreciated • You have an advanced engineering analytical skill and problem-solving ability • Ability to work within a multicultural environment. • Excellent communication skills rounded by a very good command in English • High IT affinity • Flexibility to travel within Egypt or wider region.
