Multi – Site General Manager

We are looking for an inspirational, commercial and forward thinking General Manager to lead and motivate a team of talented individuals, with passion, across three properties.

You are business agile and driven to exceed targets both financial and qualitative.

You will have proven experience. Multi site experience is a plus.

Novotel Birmingham airport, ibis Birmingham NEC and Ibis Budget Birmingham airport are a unique collection of hotels offering guests variety and choice across three brands.

You will be responsible for:

• You will manage each hotel, with hands on approach to the day-to-day operations.
• You will motivate and engage talent to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and maximize operating results ensuring the teams secure the best reputation, market share and profit margins.
• You will actively seek new business and ways of optimising profit.
