This role will provide sales leadership and hands-on engagement by leveraging the Integrated Service Management and Enterprise Services portfolio to create compelling value-based solutions which skillfully advance our customers operating performance. This role will require the individual to use their industry knowledge and technical acumen to sell Siemens ISM agreements that will include a combination of Siemens imaging, multi-vendor imaging, biomedical devices and other 3rd Party Products and Services. Selling these solutions will require the individual to work collaboratively with Siemens colleagues and Customer personnel. The role will reside in the ES Zone and is expected to contribute to significant incremental business growth for the Company This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. You will be responsible for: You will be responsible for selling and growing Siemens Integrated Service Management solutions in the Western Zone. You will be responsible for finding opportunities, managing the sales funnel, building customer relationships, and ultimately closing new Siemens ISM’s contracts. funnel in the Western Zone. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets set forth by Enterprise Services Management. You will work with ISM Solutions Architects to create unique solutions for our customers. Lead the sale to elevate Siemens’ position in the services market, provide competitive advantage, and tangibly advance customer objectives in areas adjacent to Siemens’ products through a compelling value proposition. You will actively contribute to moving Services from reacting to market & customer events to proactively targeting, engaging, advancing, and advising customers " This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You are a motivated sales professional who brings the desire to be out in the field working face to face with customers five days a week. You have industry knowledge, creativity, and consultative selling methodologies. You have demonstrated C-Level presentation skills with compelling content, messaging, and style. You can have demonstrated ability to thrive in matrix management environment and to lead collaboration efforts as solutions will horizontally extend across Siemens’ business units, people, process, & technology. You have experience operating at the highest levels with customers to bring significant strategic value to their overall direction You have performance improvement and process reengineering experience. You have a relevant point of view on customer/industry requirements while demonstrating industry and technical acumen – with the interests of the Customer C-levels You are on the leading-edge of the service-related challenges facing customers (e.g., reducing costs, training, staff retention, etc.). Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Service knowledge of the healthcare industry including current trends, challenges and regulatory activity which may affect Siemens’ customers. Experience engaging with C-Suite of large IDNs and AMCs.
