Duties

• Assist the Senior Site Agent for the overall site supervision of the enhanced cleansing works
• Plan and arrange the resources for the enhanced cleansing works
• Manage the daily operations of the enhanced cleansing to ensure the quality of works
• Develop operational workflow for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the cleansing teams
• Take proper site records for payment measurement and quality control
• Upload photos to the instant messaging applications (e.g. WhatsApp) for checking and auditing by HyD

Education and Qualification

(1) Degree Holder in Civil Engineering or equivalent with a minimum 2 years of experience in supervision of term maintenance contract or of other appropriate civil engineering contract. Experience in supervision of cleansing works is preferred; Or

(2) Diploma/ Higher Certificate Holder in Civil Engineering with a minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in the supervision of term maintenance contract or of other appropriate civil engineering contract. Experience in supervision of cleansing works is preferred; Or

(3) With a minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the supervision of term maintenance contract or of other appropriate civil engineering contract. Experience in supervision of cleansing works is preferred; Or

(4) With a minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in cleaning business 

- Proficient in Cantonese and English Speaking 

Contract Period: 12 months
