Job Description:
1. Deliver engaging and high-quality Music and Band instruction to students across primary and secondary levels.
2. Participate in curriculum design, music program development, and continuous improvement of teaching practices.
3. Organize and support school performances, concerts, assemblies, and cultural events.
4. Conduct regular assessments, track student progress, and communicate feedback to parents effectively.
5. Collaborate with homeroom and subject teachers to promote interdisciplinary and inquiry-based learning through music.

Requirements
1. Native English speaker preferred.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Music, Music Education, or a related
major.
3. Valid teaching qualification/certification (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA preferred for English medium teaching).
4. Minimum 3 years of relevant music or band teaching experience; IB teaching experience highly valued.

Salary and Benefits
1. Monthly salary: RMB 25,000 – 30,000 (before tax, based on qualifications and experience).
2. Housing allowance included in the salary package.
3. Annual flight allowance: up to RMB 10,000.
4. Relocation allowance: up to RMB 2,000.
