We are seeking passionate and motivated musicians with a high level of expertise, an expansive knowledge of their discipline, and experience of teaching to a professional standard. The ability to lead ensemble rehearsals is crucial to this role. Following a Junior
Conservatoire style approach to tuition, candidates will be committed to the education and development of the talented young musicians in our care.

Students (aged 6-18) receive weekly 1-to-1 tuition, small and large ensemble training, departmental group classes and choir experience, as well as masterclasses and workshops from visiting international professionals. WASCZ Music is part of an expanding performing arts department, including work within the wider community.

As part of a full-time boarding school, candidates will need to be flexible with regards to working hours.
