We are looking for an energetic and creative music educator who is not only passionate about teaching but also capable of leading a school choir and producing musical theater performances.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach high school music classes, covering areas such as music theory, vocal techniques, instrumental skills, and composition.
• Lead and conduct the school choir, planning regular rehearsals and preparing students for performances.
• Independently direct and produce school musicals, managing aspects such as casting, music arrangement, and stage coordination.
• Provide individualized coaching for student musicians and vocalists.
• Organize concerts, recitals, and music festivals to highlight student achievements.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate music into cross-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Music, Music Education, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in choral conducting and musical theater production.
• Strong skills in piano accompaniment or music arrangement (preferred).
• A deep passion for mentoring students and fostering musical excellence.
• Experience in event organization and stage production is a plus.
